Christmas and New Years
During December and January Mandurah’s canals come alive with wonderful Christmas light displays and the buzz of Christmas Spirit, this is a truly magical time that has to be seen to be believed! Some lights can be seen by foot just strolling around the walkways from our holiday rental villa, but the best views are by boat. Bring your own and moor on the doorstep at our private jetty or simply relax and enjoy one of the many canal cruises on offer.

Mandurah Cruise Information
Foreshore Christmas Lights
Every year Mandurah's Foreshore Christmas Lights trail seems to get better and better. Stroll along and enjoy the wonderful Christmas atmosphere and stunningly insta worthy lights.
Mandurah’s Christmas Pageant
Mandurah’s community groups join together to parade their beautiful floats through Mandurah’s CBD in the Christmas Community Pageant (an easy walking distance from our villa). Fun family entertainment includes a Nativity Scene, Christmas Carols, a visit to Santa’s Grotto and much much more! This fantastic evening then finishes with a grand fireworks finale!
Christmas Eve
Every year on Christmas Eve Santa manages to find time to cruise the canals before his big night. He delivers treats to children waiting on their jetties including our jetty at Port Sails Canal Villa. Listen out for Santa’s bell and also loud Christmas carols coming from the water between 5.30pm and 7.00pm.
New Year’s Eve
The City of Mandurah knows how to celebrate New Year’s Eve in style. A party on the foreshore, with live music, entertainment and activities for the whole family and not one but two firework displays at 9.00pm and midnight, both can be seen from our villa.
