Villa Details and Facilities
Our relaxing and well appointed Mandurah canal holiday villa has fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and heating giving a comfortable and cozy feel all year round. It has a balcony and patio both with canal views, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. We also have Jetty facilities, so bring your boat!
3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms
Please note, all 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
Master Bedroom 1: Queen bed and ensuite with a balcony viewing the canal.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, pedestal fan and fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom 1: Ensuite with Bedroom 1 (with hairdryer).
Bathroom 2: Upstairs for Bedrooms 2 and 3 (with hairdryer).
Bathroom 3: Downstairs (includes shower and toilet).
* Linen is available for hire, this includes bedding (sheets and pillowcases) and towels.

Outdoor Facilities
Parking: First space in carport, second in front of main door, any other vehicles must park outside the complex so as not to obstruct access to other villas. Small boat trailers will fit in one of the car bays but larger trailers must be placed outside the complex. Special arrangements can be made with various boat clubs in the area.
EV Charging: We do not allow charging of electric vehicles at our property.
Jetty: 6 metre jetty for mooring of boat and fishing, crabbing etc. We share the jetty with next door and we have the sole use of the right hand side.
Patio: Outdoor sitting area facing the canal includes seats and table for 6 persons. Gas BBQ is included, if the gas bottle needs to be refilled a receipt must be provided by tenant(s) for reimbursement.
Please note: There isn't any fencing between outdoor sitting area and the canal and young children must be supervised at all times.
General Points
Please note that this is also our holiday home and we request any tenants treat it as if it was their own. The villa is part of a 15-unit complex and some accommodations are permanently lived in so please respect their privacy and car parking spaces! Because this is part of a Strata complex there are certain rules and regulations we must all adhere to - if you have any questions or doubts please ask us.
Important Information
Please be aware unsociable behaviour is not acceptable within the villa or complex and will result in forfeit of your bond.
